I graduated high school with about a 3May 14 2009Communications
I graduated high school with about a 3.0. Colleges like to see improvement, so if you weren't active in anything freshman year of high school and had horrible grades, a steady increase in grades and becoming more active looks good. Also a good essay. It's generally pretty easy to get into Drexel though, it tends to be a back-up/safety school which is why most students aren't too attached to the school itself.
SAT: 1100 Female
I had to write anAug 30 2008Engineering Department
I had to write an essay, just a standard essay that most colleges require. I had to supply my sat scores and all the ap scores that I wanted to transfer in.

I recommend that if you want to come to Drexel for engineering, IST, CS, SE, Media/Arts, fashion design, or nurseing, to give Drexel a try. If you are looking for psycology then you are lucky because drexel is the forerunner for research in psycology. If you want to come for a liberal art not mentioned here, then you should probably go somewhere else.

Its quite easy to get in if you haveJun 25 2008Business - Management and Administration
Its quite easy to get in if you have decent grades and scores. I was accepted into the honors program offered a large scholarship before my application essay was even sent.

Just about anyone can get into DrexelJan 07 2008Mechanical Engineering
Just about anyone can get into Drexel. All I did was fill out an application and send my transcripts and SATs. I didn't right an essay or have an interveiw or anything. I was accepted way to easily than I expected. Drexel wants to accept aaaannnyyyyooooonnnnneeeee maybe because they know many dont want to stay. They will give you stats about how many people are accepted and how many make past the first year and make it sound like its too challenging for some people but the truth is people leave because they cant stand it hear. Dont be fooled!!!
SAT: 1760 Male
My SATs and GPA were higher than Drexel's average,Aug 29 2006Design Arts - Industrial Design/Graphic Design/etc
My SATs and GPA were higher than Drexel's average, but I also put a lot of effort into my application essay and portfolio. Make sure to check that the admissions office is processing your application in a timely manner, as the rolling admissions can take longer than expected. Because Drexel differs than most other schools in terms of applying, class credits, and schedules, among other things, visit the campus in order to make some personal contacts to ask questions.
